You can't cast Beastie Beatdown unless you choose a creature you control and a creature an opponent controls as targets

Foundations has some support for that archetype

Murmuration pulls double duty, giving your Birds +1/+1 and vigilance, which is great since it pumps out 1/2 Storm Crow Bird tokens for each spell you've cast on your turn, which can quickly lead to your own army

It's very strong at giving you free cards from the top of your library and letting them tap for mana to cast even more
