As your commander, Neheb, the Eternal wants a ton of great Burn spells, and if you want to get nasty/effective, throw in land destruction cards like Wildfire which put your opponents behind in mana while you keep chugging along with Neheb's mana reward
(Playing a land doesn't use the stack.) You pay all costs and follow all timing rules for cards played with the permission granted by Urianger Augurelt's last ability
Its hard to imagine Magic would be with 90+ distinct standalone collections of cards instead of the single, unified, ever-growing game we all enjoy today
It's great in an aggressive black deck or a deck that is looking to sacrifice creatures, but it's not so great in Control or Reanimator decks
