Thalia is a very good blocker, and if you put a counter on it it becomes a good attacker too, but I might keep zero in the deck post-board if they dont play Emperor in their deck since at that point the ability might handicap me too much
This will save both parties any potential disappointment if prize cards are not pulled, as these are never guaranteed in booster packs
Quick anecdote: my wife recently sold a massive sack of empty Pokmon card tins on Facebook Marketplace (dont blame me) for a few bucks, and the lovely lady who bought them for her kids to store cards in explained how she was going to be lining up outside a local toy store on Friday morning, in desperate hope to be able to get a Journey Together ETB for her daughter, while knowing how incredibly unlikely it was to be successful
