Although Force of Vigor is not quite on the level of Force of Will, the card is still extremely potent as a sideboard card for a bunch of green decks

Its best to lock the game when you already have a powerful permanent in play like a planeswalker or something thats giving you advantages like Smothering Tithe or Rhystic Study
