You are gimping yourself if you choose to ignore the Shaddoll side of the deck, or if you choose to ignore the Nekroz side, simply due to trying to squish the deck into 60 cards
There are not many decks in the current meta that abundantly use Psyduck to the point that this card would be valuable in terms of gameplay
