This ability works wonderfully with unblockable creatures and your Ninjas, letting you sneak damage in, refilling your battlefield with a new creature that also has a form of evasion, while at the same time giving you a powerful blocker to deter oncoming attacks

For just 1 blue mana, it can remove a pesky stax piece like Rule of Law or even bounce your own permanents for value

Put that card onto the battlefield tapped under your control and the rest into their graveyard. Being able to mill an opponent to not only remove their best cards, but also steal their lands, is an awesome ability

This is also true if the TDFC is in a zone other than the stack or the battlefield
