Again, we are just playing with starter decks, so there may be cards with comeback mechanics and counters that we havent seen yet, but as things stand, this is one of the more underwhelming aspects of the game

This ability gives Terra ample fodder to scavenge the Graveyard to bring some powerful creatures onto the Battlefield which is even better given Celes secondary ability
