I have played it online and sometimes players don't read this card

I dont want to speculate, but it seems Magics designers might be more Cat people than Dog people, though I could be barking up the wrong tree

We can still build around Dragons and payoffs like the damage wrath wincon of Wrathful Red Dragon but use Chainer staples like Doomed Necromancer and Archpriest of Shadows to cheat out our high-mana beasties way ahead of curve and arguably more efficiently than a Rivaz deck

The main nightmare scenario would be something like Balamb T-Rexaur which can wall off the Chocobo until it goes away

Its still a decent reprint, but now that this planeswalker doesnt have a home and its getting a significant reprint, its probably not going to be worth much for some time going forward
