Part of the reason Im being a stickler about this distinction is that there are actual MTG rules about what it means to move a counter, and some niche interactions pop up when you compare moving counters to removing a counter from one thing and putting a counter elsewhere. I can also see a future where we get rules text that references whenever you move one or more counters, which would require precise text on the card
If you want to avoid these issues, sticking to English printings is your best bet at present
Beyond this edge playability, the card is a joyful reminder of the humour that naturally arises when creatures form so many distinct Planes and settings come together like this
Since it's a mana cheap instant, you can do this in response to targeted or sweeping removal to get cards, as a sacrifice or it can send something to your graveyard about to get exiled by Swords to Plowshares, or to get value out of a chump blocker about to die anyway
I could even see the merit in playing cards like Yoked Ox or Maritime Guard as a way to neutralize smaller creatures while building to the 3-5 mana needed to deploy flying threats
