I have a few Boros decks that wouldnt mind having mana that can only be used earlier in the turn, and I would still rather play this than a vanilla tap land

Combine him with cards like Doubling Season or Primal Vigor to make even more tokens very quickly

The latter are interested in cheap bodies that do a thing for sacrifice purposes and flicker decks are all about getting good ETBs over and over to outgrind opponents
