Pokmon that "only have 1-energy attacks" These are common among Basic Pokmon, but since they can be taken immediately on the turn they enter the field if you have that type of energy, the strategic depth is low, so I don't really recommend them

With protection from red and white, this 3-drop gets around a decent chunk of all removal spells, and first strike plus infect easily tears apart the blockers that protection doesnt get around already

The holo has some stars and it looks like it is shining the right way, a few more pictures of the holo or even a video of it would really do wonders in classifying this card
