At a bare minimum, you can turn your 1/1 token into a card every turn for just two mana, but Dockside Chef starts taking over games when it triggers Oni-Cult Anvil using additional fodder

The one wrinkle for beginners is that five-color mana base, but the Draconic Domination preconstructed deck handles all of that for you out of the gate

It's quite a big ask, because to get the full value out of this you'll need a varied deck

It wants to hold mana open to stop others from winning the game, then if that fails to materialize, instead burn threats and/or faces at the end of turn

Even Tomb of the Spirit Dragon might be decent, though not being able to produce colored mana might make it a tough sell in most builds
