This whisky has been matured in a selection of 1st Fill Bourbon Barrels and 2nd Fill Sherry Hogsheads in very similar proportions to the classic Arran 10 year old. Nose: Fresh herbs, light citrus. Medium sweetness and vanilla. Aniseed. Palate: Spicy, ginger and biscuity. Oak forward with vanilla.
