Vintage 1990s Paul Stuart Mens Black Velvet Jacket Size 45 T rockabilly dress Yoke seam - 16 1/2This is a very nice quality black velvet jacket made by Paul Stuart Chicago, New York and Tokyo. Paul Stuart has been in existence since 1938 and is known for producing high quality formal wear. This velvet jacket is made with a peaked collar, padded shoulders, single button closure, four button cuffs, jetted pocket at either side and a pocket at the left chest. All buttons are velvet covered. It was union made in Canada under license to Paul Stuart
