Cask No. 37.125 21 – 25 years Sweet black tea in theCask No. 37. 125 Austrian treats Speyside, Spey The aroma neat was like woodland sage honey and cinammon spread on shredded pancakes (Kaiserschmarn), whilst on the palate it felt like a Mozartkugel (round sugar confectionary made of pistachio marzipan and nougat covered in dark chocolate) melting in our mouths. Careful when adding water, but then you will be graced with a sticky date cake in a caramel sauce on the nose and with a mouth watering scoop
