Thumper dress Size:6 with short sleeves and aMade from 100% cotton woven fabric, this dress is the perfect twirling dress. Made with double ruffles that go from the back waist line over the shoulders to the front waist line, a full circle skirt, fully lined bodice and snap closures at the back.
