It is known by a host of many common names which include "Mother In Law Tongue," "Snake Plant," "Devils Tongue" just to name few. They were recently moved to the genus Dracaena due to further research in to their genetics. Sansevieria masoniana, or "Whale Fin Sansevieria," has dark green leathery leaves mottled with light green and a slight maroon
