Cask No. G4.18 Deep rich & dried fruits Hop ScotchCask No. G4. 18 The paradise patisserie Lowland Specially selected by Society founder Pip Hills for exhibiting superb complexity and distillery character. A magnificent mix of tropical fruits and jelly sweets combined with desiccated coconut to produce a picture of paradise. Just as we were settling into papaya with a squeeze of lime juice we discovered an array of sweet treats that delivered vanilla sponge cake with creme brulee and milk chocolate.
