Aloxe-Corton 'Les Boutieres' 2020 Red persistent bead unfurls in theA concentrated, dark fruited Pinot Noir from the southern slopes of Aloxe Corton. Located at the southern tip of the appellation, the 'Les Boutieres' vineyards extends down the hillside on a mixture of clay, marl and limestone soils. The fruit is harvested by hand and triaged on the sorting table before destemming. Fermentation is takes place in open vats over 18 days, with a daily hand plunging.
