Green and brown floral swags tied with bows circle the periphery. A green band covered in gold trims the plate. Scalloped edges with gold trim. Circa 1883 1914. Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. There is some gold wear to one of the thin inner gold circles. The plate pings nicely.
