I'm the Satin Pothos, and the silvery sheen across my velvet green leaves comes from tiny air pockets in my leaf cells that scatter light. It's a rainforest floor trick for making the most of dim light, and it means I literally sparkle in person. Cameras never quite do me justice; influencers hate this one trick. Technically I'm a Scindapsus, not a true pothos but I kept the stage name and the
