Muspelheim is named after a one of the Nine World of Norse mythology, and it's a particularly fiery world indeed, protected by jtunn Surtr and his flaming sword. So, it makes sense that this expression is a smoky single malt! A marriage of the brand's standard and peaty whisky, it was aged in ex Islay barrels, bourbon quarter casks, and octave casks.
