This is a pair of seals for the Lens to HOUSING gasket for the 65 GTO & LeMans

Primarily it helps also to prevent the headliners seat belt opening getting worn out around its opening slot

Some seepage from the weep hole is normal during the break-in period (about 10 minutes)
