It has some minor aesthetic issues that didn't meet QC standards. It functions as intended but might include issues including but not limited to dings, scratches, and discoloration. This knife has a funky show side scale. It looks scratched, but it's just the carbon fiber (towards the bolster). There's also a small red dot in the carbon fiber near the bolster. Some people might not be bothered by this
