Designer Pearls may be intermixed with other Shimrins including the Neons, Graphic Kolors BC & FBC Metallic Basecoats and Kandy Basecoats to create a truly one of a kind custom finish. They can be also be top coated with either acrylic lacquer or urethane enamels. Additional
