Foiled For Fall Dip Powder Glue Flip your hand over andFall Alert! All Foil Flake Dip containing Red, Yellow and Green foils PLUS Chameleon Flakes of Green Gold Raspberry Yellow. These foils DO NOT bleed. This means that you can use Activator on them and you will not have any issues. Foils can be wild and crazy, I cannot lie! But, after you dip, using your finger or plastic wrap, pat down the foils. When you add more base or activator, the foils will flatten.
