Lot 006 - Antique Carved Meerschaum Plaque Of The Virgin Mary In Black Lacquered Wood Frame, Likely French, Early 20th Century, 10" Diameter 1484-consignment circa 1920–1950Antique carved meerschaum plaque depicting a bust of the Virgin Mary, mounted in a black lacquered wood frame. The frame shows cracks along the left side and retains remnants of its original paper backing. The meerschaum carving has expected wear, including minor chipping along Marys veil. Likely French, early 20th century. Light overall wear consistent with age and display.
