I personally like the idea of pairing up with Sarah Jane Smith and leaning into Clue tokens, since you can generate them to grow the Doctor large, and then post-combat you can sacrifice one or two to draw some more action

Stop hating on people because they have a different way of communicating points than you do

Then the back side is why it's here though

It reduces the mana cost of creature spells of the chosen type by 1 and gives you a chance at the beginning of your upkeep to look at the top card of your library and draw it if its a creature of the chosen type

It's a nifty little design that I'm kind of surprised doesn't exist already
