1979 Avon President George Washington Glass Decanter blue teardrop Hips 18 1/2This Avon collectible is a bust of President George Washington. This decanter has a glass body that is painted gold. The head is made of hard plastic also painted gold. The decanter was filled with a mans after shave called Wild Country After Shave. It is still full. The bottom of the decanter is stamped 1979. The original label on the bottom reads: Avon President Washington Wild Country After Shave Caution: Flammable until dry. Keep out of reach of
