Since it has the Overeager Pok-Body, it's able to consistently go first, and its second attack, Overconfident, can be brutal
Its an absurdly powerful card and pushes some very good Modern decks into the top tier
Cards like Tivit, Seller of Secrets, Ballot Broker, and Brago's Representative all allow you to vote an extra time so that you can stack up some really unfair votes against your opponents if they arent cooperating with you
