The grade 9 means it is in "mint" condition with 9.5 meaning "gem mint", and 10 meaning "pristine" by BGS's standards
I know pull rates have been a point of contention among collectors for a while now, and while I dont think theyre amazing with this expansion, theyre not terrible either
