Rather than using the usual bold colours, swinging piatas and prickly cacti, we opted for a soft colour palette, white papel picado bunting and fresh succulents. Louise Alvarez created a beautiful off white wedding gown

I contemplated switching the wood and white portions on the drawers (before it was done) but ended up keeping the triangular portion natural wood and painting the rest of the piece
