Submit Advertisement Monarch is often compared to Initiative since both mechanics are extremely powerful (and notoriously annoying)

As a 2/2 with vigilance, that's respectable, and the one time effects are fine too, I just don't think there's really a deck out there that's going to want to take advantage of either one

The other obvious improvements would be more of the same good Pirate cards already in the deck, and Piglet Pooh Pirate Captain
